تأسس موقع ويكيليكس على الشبكة العنكبوتية في يوليو 2007 , وهو منذ إنشائه يهدف – كما يقول القائمون عليه - إلى الخدمات العامة التي تصب في مصلحة الإنسان على هذه المعمورة , ويقف وراءه ناشطون وإعلاميون وصحفيون وحقوقيون , يسعون من أجل الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان والتشهير بانتهاكات الدول والمؤسسات الرسمية لحقوق الأفراد والشعوب , وهذا الموقع منظمة إعلامية غير ربحية يشرف عليها الناشط الاسترالي جوليان أسانج الذي قال : نريد ثلاثة أمور , تحرير الصحافة وكشف التجاوزات وإنقاذ الوثائق التي تصنع التاريخ . وهذا الكلام عن <

غير أن السؤال الذي لا بد من طرحه في ظل هذا الضجيج على ما يعرف بـ تسريبات ويكيليكس , ما الجديد فيما تم تسريبه ؟ وأين مكمن الخطر في هذه الأخبار التي تتداولها وسائل الإعلام ؟ . فما الجديد أو أين الغرابة في أن السيدة ميركل امرأة غير مبدعة أو أن الرئيس الأفغاني كارازاي رجل ضعيف الشخصية وأين يكمن الخطر في كون الرئيس الفرنسي ساركوزي رجل عصبي المزاج وانفعالي ويغضب بسرعة , أين الغرابة بأن حكومات الخليج لا تحب السياسة الايرانية , وما المنجز الخطير من أن الحوثيين مدعومون من طهران , وهل هذه المعلومة مقصورة على قيادات المنطقة فقط , إن أبسط البسطاء في الكويت أو السعودية أو الإمارات أو اليمن يعرفون هذه المعلومة التي لم تكن مقصورة على عرابي السياسة الخارجية , وما العجيب والغريب في أن يقول المسؤول القطري عن ايران أنها تكذب علينا ونحن نكذب عليهم , فقد لخص هذا المسؤول الرفيع المستوى مفهوم التقية في السياسة الايرانية , والمتفحص لمثل هذه الآراء أو المواقف ان هذه التسريبات لا تدل على وثائق خطيرة أو دراسات علمية دقيقة مدعمة بالحقائق الرقمية والخطط المعدة بعناية , بل تشير إلى انطباعات شخصية في المقام الأول تم التقاطها وتسجيلها من خلال بعض المحادثات الجانبية , بالإضافة إلى أن هذه التسريبات أعطت للرأي العام موقفًا جميلاً عن إسرائل المشهود لها بالإجرام والتدخل والإغتيالات , وهذا ما جعل نتياهو يتبجح بأن كيانه لا يخشى من تسريبات ويكيليكس التي تصب في صالحه وتشوّه خصومه العرب في المنطقة
إن مثل هذه الألاعيب لم تعد تنطلي على الناس , لأن الجميع قد خبروا أو قرؤوا عن ألاعيب السياسة ودسائسها , فأمريكا التي أدخلت عصابات من المرتزقة لغزو نيكاراغوا في أواخر الخمسينات والتي قلبت نظام الحكم في تشيلي في منتصف الستينات واقتلعت رئيس بنما واقتادته لسجونها في أواخر الثمانينات ودمرت العراق وأفغانستان وغزت فيتنام من قبل , وتدير أكثر المشاكل وهي تتدخل بكل صفاقة وجه لتقسيم السودان هذه الأيام – والحبل على الجرار كما يقولون – هل من المنطق أنها تتعامل مع السيد أسانج بكل هذا النبل الحضاري ولا تستطيع القبض عليه أو تصفيته وهو الذي يصول ويجول مجريًا المحاضرات واللقاءات الصحفية هنا وهناك , وتقوم محاكمها بكل دماثة وأخلاق بإنصاف هذا الموقع الذي أحرجها مع أصدقائها في العالم كما تدعي وكما تعتذر السيدة كلينتون أمام الجميع عن هذه الخروقات
كل من منحه الله ذرة من التفكير يدرك بأن هذه التسريبات لم تأتِ بشكل اعتباطي أو أنها أمور خارجة عن إرادة البيت الأبيض أو عن رغبة صانع القرار في واشنطن , فما هذه التسريبات إلا دليل قوي على براغماتية السياسة الأمريكية . فهذه التسريبات التي تخرج عن انتهاكات القوات الأمريكية لحقوق الإنسان في العراق أو أفغانستان تهدف لغايتين كما يبدو لي الأمر
الغاية الأولى : ترويع الأنظمة الحاكمة والشعوب بأن هذا هو مصيرها المرتقب في حال عدم الانصياع للإرادة الأمريكية
الغاية الثانية : إيهام المغفلين وطمأنة السذج بأن الحكومة الأمريكية تحترم الحقوق ولديها قدرة على محاسبة منسوبيها من الضباط والأفراد وبعض المسؤولين حينما ينتهكون حقوق الإنسان , وأنها كبلد قادرة على محاسبة الجناة منهم
المتأمل في هذه التسريبات يجد أنها سيف مسلط على رقاب بعض الأنظمة للرضا بمشاريع أمريكا القادمة , وأنها قادرة على تسريب كل ما لا يخدم مصالح تلك الحكومات والأنظمة من خلال هذا الموقع ,من أجل إسكاتها ومن أجل أن ترضى بما سيفعل بها أو ما سيفعل من حولها أو على مقربة من حدودها من تجاوزات وافتعال أزمات في قابل الأيام , وهذه التسريبات وجه جديد من أوجه الضغط الأمريكي الحديث علاوة على الضغط السياسي والاقتصادي أو التلويح بالغزو أو الغزو الفعلي نفسه , أما الآن فهي تستفيد من تقنية الشبكة العنكبوتية لتضيف نوعًا من أنواع الضغط المدروس بعناية ودقة من خلال التسريبات التي تخرج من موقع ويكيليكس , وهذا الإجراء ترجمة فعلية من خلال النت لسياسة الفوضى الخلاقة التي أعلنت عنها السيدة غونداليزا رايس .
